you weren’t answering your phone and Nick was starting to get worried. Mortals who dated witches didn’t really have the longest life expectancies and he was sure his ex(’s) would love to ‘play around with you’.
he waited an hour or two before sighing, he hated not being sure if you were alright. he found himself at your house.
“Hey, Harvey, right?” he asked.
your brother nodded, “yeah, that would be me, and you are?”

Nick smiled and went up the stairs, he heard your music and knew which room was yours so he knocked. when you opened the door your eyes widened in surprise, “Nick!”

“are you okay?” you laughed.
“you weren’t answering your phone.” he said, feeling stupid.
“it died and i was studying, wait, were you worried about me?”

“Eddie you look like shit.” you said when you opened your door.

“come in.” you said, opening the door for him.
he smiled and walked past you into the apartment. you jumped on your bed, patting the spot next to you. Eddie collapsed and you immediately pulled him into a cuddle.
he seemed like he needed a big spoon and of course you were going to be there for him.
you began to talk and before you knew it, the sun was rising outside and Eddie had drifted into a peaceful sleep curled up in your arms.
