Bucky and Shuri watched as you approached with T’Challa. “you’re right, she’s beautiful.” Shuri said, “so are you going to be able to flirt with this goddess yourself or do you need a wingman?”
Bucky didn’t answer, eyes fixed on you.
“i’m going to take that as a yes.” Shuri breathed before walking forward to greet you, “Hello! i’ve heard so much about you from Bucky, he was not exaggerating when he said you were a stunner.”

they were there as your backup and they watched with concern as you faced down one of the Ghoulies. The guy took a swing at you that you dodged and Sweetpea moved forward, “Should we help?”
Fangs sighed, “no, she’s got this.”
“we should really-”
“if we stepped in there, it would be our asses she’d kick for getting in her way.” Fangs pointed out.
Sweetpea smiled, “i suppose you’re right.”

there was a knock at the door and Michael looked up, “that’s just my niece,” Madelyn said, letting you in, “Y/N meet Michael, Michael meet my niece Y/N.”
Michael stood, holding out a hand that you shook, “so how do you know my aunt?”
“he’s the antichrist.” Madelyn answered, “i’m going to sleep, Y/N be a dear and show Michael the guest bedroom, i’m taking him to church with me tomorrow.”
before you could argue she was going upstairs, leaving you with Michael.
“so the antichrist huh?” you laughed, sitting across from him.
he grinned, “it sounds… weird hearing it like that.” he rubbed at the back of his neck in a very boyish way.
“you look sad, what’s up?” you asked, moving closer to the pretty boy.
“a lot.” he laughed again, “my dad… he’s ignoring me and i know he wants me to do something i’m just not sure what.”
“i guess Satan isn’t a hugger is he?” you teased, still not believing the whole ‘antichrist’ thing.
“no, he’s not.”
“does the antichrist need a hug?” you asked, still half joking.
instead of answering he just pulled you to his chest. you were shocked for a moment but then gave in. he hugged you for a while. he hugged you like he hadn’t really hugged anyone in a long time.
you pulled away slightly and he looked down at you, “oh, sorry.” he said, letting go of you.
“do you feel better?” you asked.
he nodded, “definitely.”

unlike the others sent to talk to Michael, when you appeared you just sat outside the circle. he stared at you for a while, trying to ignore you, which should have been easy because you weren’t talking to him, but his eyes kept coming back to you.
“what?” he said finally, turning his whole body to look at you.
“i’m not saying anything.” you answered.
“but you’re thinking something.” he stated.
“i’m just thinking you look like you need a hug. but i don’t want to intrude on your circle.”
he laughed, “an angel that hugs, that’s… new.”
you shrugged.
