the sound of footfalls on riverside rocks made you turn to look to the shore, eyes falling on Patrick immediately.

he stared at you for a few moments, then where your clothes were folded nearby on a rock, he grinned, “all alone Sweetheart?” he called.

“i could be asking you the same thing Hockstetter, where’s the rest of your gang?”

“off somewhere jerking each other off I’m sure.” he laughed, “want some company?”

“by ‘company’, you mean you flirting with me way too much and when you say ‘want some’ you mean you’re going to do it anyway.” you clarified but he was already pulling off his shirt.

“i mean, its not her fault everyone is attracted to her.” Derek pointed out.

“i agree, none of us can bring this up with Y/N, we have to sort it out amongst ourselves.” Owen said.

“like a no flirting rule?” Sloan laughed but he saw the looks on their faces and his smile fell, “no. no way. you have to be joking.”

“do you believe in love at first sight or-”

“don’t bother walking past again, just take a seat.” you sighed, turning to look at the guy who raised his hands in defense and sat down across from you. “what’s your name hot stuff?”

he grinned, “Jace, and you are?”

“the one that got away.”

“not sure i like the sound of that.” he said.

“you dont have to. but im not just some girl you can hit on at a bar, buy a drink for and then take home.”

“i didnt… you arent… okay, lets just start over, can we do that?”

you grinned, “you mean you want to walk by again?”

the second you both went through the door and stopped to look at the room it was obvious. if the heart-shaped bed and red bedding didn’t set it off, the ceiling did.

you and Dean dropped your bags as you looked up at the mirror covered ceiling. “holy shit.” you breathed.

Dean nodded, still staring at the ceiling, “that’s one way to put it.”

“how do you keep getting yourself locked up?” you laughed, putting your hands on your hips.

“would you believe me if i said it was for the company?” he grinned.

“well if i did, i would suggest you maybe try being a good guy for once and that way you could actually take me out instead of making me come here to interrogate you all the time.”

“deal.”

“you know what Peter, I know you don’t like risking your own ass and that’s fine, I’ll just go down into this creepy tunnel alone.” you turned and started walking into the dark tunnel and Peter just stared after you.

thats when something fell from the ceiling at you and Peter rushed to your aid, “what was that!?”

“just a bat.” you turned to look at him, “did you run to follow me because you thought i was in danger?”

“when are you going home?” you asked, taking a sip of your wine.

“i think i will impose on your wonderful Lannister hospitality a little while longer, i have…. some loose ends that need attending to.” he smiled.

“anything i can help with?” you grinned.

“yes actually.” he set his wine glass down, “i cannot leave without first telling you how completely enthralling you are, how truly bewitching.”

“there are the charming words i’ve heard so much about.” you laughed.

“charming but true im afraid,” he smiled, “wanted to tell you before i leave.”
